As a child I would always have my arms twined lovingly round a doll or a stuffed animal. Jasmine was my favorite Disney princess as a little girl, so I wanted to have every doll of her in my collection. Water Surprise Jasmine was one of my most treasured dolls. I adored the pink jeweled lily embedded in her wrist, and how prettily the turquoise, pink, lilac, and golden colors of her bathing suit glimmered. Once I poured a bottle of rose perfume into her long, shiny black hair and even after I lost her I remembered how beautiful and fragrant she was, the scent never faded from her hair. Recently I purchased another Water Surprise Jasmine, but I am still hoping to find my childhood doll someday. I am not sure if she was sold in a yard sale, or if she is lost somewhere in my house, I've looked everywhere for her, as well as my other dolls gone astray. I still cherish the memories of my childhood dolls. My new Jasmine's hair is waiting to be doused in that nostalgic, rosy perfume.
